Team Overview: This position is within the IT: Consumer Online & Publishing department, part of the Consumer Online Modernization team. You will play a critical role in supporting various web-based technical applications that drive key business initiatives, including the external My Support Dashboard and other internal development tools. Your expertise will be essential in both application and test development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, test, and deploy complex systems while ensuring exceptional quality, security, and performance.
  • Lead and participate in design reviews to determine the best technical solutions using available technologies.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Take ownership of resolving product or system issues that affect critical business functions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive automated test frameworks and strategies across unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Create and present clear, actionable test reports and metrics to promote transparency and aid in quality decisions.
