Our AI Voice & Telephony Engineering Team develops the systems that facilitate intelligent conversations, employing AI to foster natural, human-like interactions at scale. We're at the forefront of enhancing voice experiences that link customers to the right solutions more swiftly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, cloud-based systems for real-time voice interactions across our platform.
- Drive the development of core services that integrate AI, telephony, and automation to transform how consumers interact with our brands.
- Collaborate with product managers, AI engineers, and data scientists to implement conversational intelligence in practical voice applications.
- Deeply integrate with Twilio, AWS, Azure, and internal APIs to manage call routing, speech processing, and response flows.
- Enhance system performance, latency, and reliability within a distributed, event-driven architecture.
- Provide technical guidance by mentoring fellow engineers, sharing insights, and establishing best practices.
- Engage in code reviews and participate in on-call rotations to ensure seamless operation of production systems.
