We are looking for a Data Science Manager to spearhead our data strategy in two vital areas: Treatment Experience and Hinge Select.In this pivotal role, you will take charge of the data roadmap for our cutting-edge clinical technologies, which include Computer Vision (Motion Insights), the Enso wearable device, and our Rewards & Insights (RAIN) engagement platform. You will also lead the analytics strategy for Hinge Select, a rapidly expanding hybrid care service that connects members with both virtual specialists and in-person healthcare providers.What You'll AccomplishStrategic Thought Leadership: Act as the primary data partner for the Treatment Experience and Hinge Select leadership teams, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance CV adoption, optimize Enso usage, and improve conversion rates in the Hinge Select funnel.Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and grow a talented team of Data Scientists (currently 4 direct reports), fostering a culture of technical excellence, autonomy, and open communication. You will oversee their performance management, career advancement, and project prioritization.Product Data Quality & Infrastructure: Lead the charge on the 'Product Data Quality' initiative within your domains. This includes defining metric frameworks, enforcing strict instrumentation and taxonomy standards (Mixpanel), and ensuring the delivery of reliable, well-documented dbt data models in Databricks.Experimentation Excellence: Enhance the rigor and speed of experimentation within your teams using Statsig.
