As a member of our Account Management team in Vancouver, you will play a crucial role in enabling administrators to effectively balance flexible collaboration with cost management through our licensing systems. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth analyses of our technical architecture to guarantee the reliability and scalability of our systems. By working closely with Product Management, Design, and Data Science, you will gain insights into customer challenges, co-develop solutions, and amplify product impact through experimentation and bold initiatives. This position is based in our Vancouver office with a hybrid work schedule.
