Your Role:
We are seeking a proactive Senior SDET with a strong background in performance engineering. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to contribute to innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks across functional, integration, and regression layers.
- Integrate quality assurance into feature squads, contributing to design, acceptance criteria, and code reviews.
- Manage test automation integration within CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, Jenkins).
- Promote testing standards, patterns, and reusable tools across engineering teams.
- Define and oversee performance testing strategies, including load, stress, soak, spike, and chaos testing.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Platform teams to establish SLO/SLA baselines.
- Develop performance testing standards and documentation for organizational use.
- Create and maintain performance test suites using tools like k6, Gatling, or Locust.
- Simulate realistic traffic patterns, data volumes, and concurrency profiles for AWS-hosted services.
