Your impact:

Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Experience and Service Design, you will be a pivotal strategic leader in shaping the future of travel. You will advocate for a human-centered design (HCD) philosophy to craft a unified, seamless experience across our intricate network of suppliers and partners. Identifying key moments to leverage advanced AI and automation, you will design services that blend digital sophistication with compassionate human interaction.

Your daily responsibilities:

  • Lead Cross-Functional Strategic Projects: Take ownership of key service design initiatives from inception to implementation. You will coordinate and inspire teams from Product, Tech, Data, and Operations by designing and facilitating impactful workshops to co-create innovative solutions.
