Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of experience in IAM or cybersecurity engineering roles. Extensive hands-on experience with:CA Identity Suite (IDM)CA SiteMinder (SSO)CA Risk AuthenticationDeep understanding of IAM concepts, including SSO, MFA, Federation (SAML, OAuth, OIDC), and RBAC. Experience with Linux administration (RHEL/CentOS), including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of Directory Services (LDAP / Active Directory integration). Experience in integrating enterprise/web applications with IAM platforms. In-depth understanding of web/application security and authentication mechanisms.

Help AG seeks a Senior Security Engineer with advanced expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), particularly with Broadcom IGA solutions. This position is based in Dubai and centers on designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise IAM systems. The role emphasizes maintaining secure authentication mechanisms, ensuring compliance, and supporting high availability across diverse environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for CA Identity Suite (IDM), SiteMinder SSO, and Risk Authentication.
  • Design, deploy, configure, and maintain IAM infrastructure and authentication systems.
  • Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations for both enterprise and web applications.
  • Configure and manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), federation protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OIDC, and adaptive authentication policies.
  • Troubleshoot IAM components, including policy servers, web agents, federation services, and connectors.
  • Oversee user lifecycle processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Ensure IAM systems remain highly available, optimized for performance, and properly scaled.
  • Analyze logs, monitor systems, and proactively identify issues.
  • Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 operational support, including incident management, root cause analysis, and meeting service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams to integrate IAM solutions.
  • Support security audits, compliance requirements, and access governance activities.
  • Maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in change management and release cycles.
  • Continuously assess and enhance IAM processes, security posture, and system efficiency.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and reliable identity management across the organization.
