What is the role about?

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Senior Scrum Master to lead two Scrum teams in a fast-paced, multitasking environment, ensuring the effective implementation of Scrum processes. Your leadership will guide the teams to produce high-quality deliverables while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

How will you make an impact?

  • Facilitate the smooth adoption of Scrum and Agile methodologies within the teams.
  • Remove obstacles that hinder the teams' progress and sprint delivery.
  • Act as a shield for the team to ensure successful sprint outcomes.
  • Champion Agile practices beyond your immediate teams as a “Change-Agent.”
  • Drive continuous improvement aligned with organizational goals, including retrospectives and team monitoring.
  • Master and promote the Scrum Artifacts and NiCE Agile principles.
  • Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate dependencies with external teams and other Scrum Masters.
  • Encourage a self-managed, collaborative, and innovative team environment.
  • Support and mentor team members, including Product Owners, in Agile principles and responsibilities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for management regarding team status.
  • Ensure the team backlog is well-prepared and prioritized before sprint commencement.
  • Organize Scrum meetings and track team progress diligently.
  • Enforce adherence to the Definition of Done.
  • Monitor and follow up on retrospective action items for continuous improvement.
