Turner & Townsend is looking for a seasoned Senior Scheduler to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in project controls for large-scale semiconductor construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a robust track record in delivering top-tier construction project control services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, monitor, and update the Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for owners.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive schedule management program, including deliverables for large capital programs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to project stakeholders, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Draft baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for team approval.
  • Conduct resource loading and leveling assessments.
  • Integrate contractor schedules into the IMS.
  • Evaluate impacts on the critical path and near-critical activities, reporting findings to the project team.
  • Track schedule deviations and variances, assisting in devising corrective action strategies.
  • Utilize Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology to assess project progress.
  • Regularly review schedules with project team members to ensure timely and accurate information is reflected.
  • Generate schedule progress reports, trending charts, and analyses periodically.
  • Maintain records of scope changes, trends, and variances affecting schedule performance.
  • Ensure the reliability of schedule information.
  • Maintain communication with clients and consultants throughout all project phases.
  • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities as applicable.
