We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to enhance our expanding Technology & Innovation team. In this position, you will be instrumental in creating secure and scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance essential business processes throughout the organization.
Who You Are:
• You possess over 5 years of Salesforce development experience, with in-depth proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.
• You have successfully implemented strong integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and tools like MuleSoft.
• You have a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security best practices.
• You are adept with declarative tools including Flows, Validation Rules, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
• You excel in Agile environments, actively engaging in sprints, code reviews, and technical discussions.
• You are familiar with CI/CD processes and tools like Git, Copado, Gearset, and have experience utilizing Salesforce DX.
• You hold a Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory), and additional certifications such as Platform Developer II, Admin, or App Builder are highly advantageous.
• You are a collaborative team member and mentor who can connect technical solutions to business needs.
• You are committed to writing clean, scalable code and adhering to Salesforce best practices to ensure long-term maintainability.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop, customize, and maintain applications within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Create and optimize custom objects, Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components (LWC).
• Design and implement secure, scalable integrations with external systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Automate business processes using declarative tools and custom development as necessary.
• Participate in sprint planning, technical design reviews, and deployment cycles.
