Key Responsibilities
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the technical features of our products and services.
- Serve as the product authority during sales engagements, addressing business and technical inquiries, delivering tailored demonstrations, articulating value propositions, and showcasing technical advantages over competitors.
- Collaborate with the sales team on business development initiatives and provide essential technical insights in discussions with prospective clients.
- Develop organizational and technical writing skills to create business-critical RFPs and RFIs, ensuring a comprehensive and accurate database of responses.
- Utilize insights from customer and prospect interactions to refine communication with potential clients.
- Relay client feedback to internal stakeholders, including the Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
- Participate in various sales-related activities, including client events, trade shows, and other strategic initiatives.
