By bridging the gap between IT and business teams, we enable companies to boost efficiency and drive growth. Job Description We are seeking our founding Sales Development Representatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, generating, and qualifying new business opportunities. As a vital member of our go-to-market team, you will help scale our outbound efforts. We are committed to promoting from within, and this position serves as a springboard for future Account Executive roles. This is a hybrid position, requiring a few days per week in our Austin office. Responsibilities Generate and drive top-of-funnel opportunities for our Enterprise Account Executive team by identifying and creating new pipeline. Qualify prospects to expedite sales cycles. Become a Coefficient expert, understanding our core personas, their challenges, and our value propositions. Develop and implement multi-channel campaigns via email, LinkedIn, phone, and more, creating compelling messaging that highlights the value our product offers. Contribute to our go-to-market strategy by continually innovating and testing new tactics. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in a business development role within B2B SaaS. Ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence; you are an independent thinker who seeks assistance when necessary while being comfortable forging a path in uncertain circumstances. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for persuasive messaging. Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales enablement technologies. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
