About the role
The Senior Revenue Operations Associate is pivotal in facilitating the operational needs of our commercial teams on a daily basis. This role entails close collaboration with both the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team and the commercial teams to ensure that processes are adhered to uniformly and that tools are utilized effectively to meet our growth targets.
Reporting directly to the RevOps Director, you will play an essential role in enhancing and developing our CRM system and tech stack, including Salesforce, Conversation Intelligence, and other prospecting and outreach tools. Your efforts will drive sales effectiveness, performance, and overall revenue growth. By collaborating with Commercial Sales leaders and managers, you will help optimize revenue operations and foster cross-departmental alignment. The Senior RevOps Associate will primarily support the Exchange GSA, Key Accounts, and Exchange Delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management & Support: Assist in the maintenance and updating of the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) to guarantee data accuracy and consistency. Partner with commercial teams to promote CRM adoption, ensure adherence to processes, provide troubleshooting assistance, and deliver training as required. Identify enhancement opportunities and technical improvement requests while managing case logs accurately and coordinating with relevant teams for timely resolution.
Commercial Reporting & Insights: Collaborate with RevOps analytics on reporting and dashboards to monitor commercial metrics such as pipeline health, quota attainment, lead conversion rates, and forecasting accuracy. Highlight trends and work with the RevOps Director to provide actionable insights to commercial leadership.
Commercial Process Support: Ensure consistent adherence to commercial processes, effective utilization of systems and tools, and sharing of best practices. Collaborate with commercial teams to identify and implement necessary changes or improvements.
Lead Management & Routing: Support lead assignment, routing, and tracking processes to ensure timely follow-up on leads. Collaborate with Marketing Operations and sales teams to optimize lead generation and conversion efforts.
Commercial Technology Support: Aid in maintaining commercial tools and technologies that enhance the customer journey, including automation tools, CRM plugins, and sales productivity systems. Ensure commercial teams are trained and that usage is accurately reported.
