THE ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Research Associate to join our formulation and product development team. This critical position will focus on the design, screening, and optimization of dried powder formulations. The successful candidate will take a hands-on approach to executing formulation strategies utilizing techniques such as lyophilization and spray drying, while bringing experimental precision, physical insights, and data-driven decision-making to our early-stage platform development.
The Senior Research Associate will collaborate closely with process development partners to create stable, robust, and scalable powder formulations. This role will also involve experimental design, data interpretation, and establishing best practices for formulation screening, characterization, and documentation within a dynamic early-stage environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, execute, and optimize dried powder formulations using lyophilization and spray drying, focusing on stability, reproducibility, and performance across various formulations.
