Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Relationship Managers to provide timely and strategic feedback that aligns with business objectives.
- Execute sales with the highest level of integrity and professionalism, ensuring transparency in all client interactions.
- Respond swiftly to customer inquiries, ensuring resolutions are achieved within established turnaround times (TATs).
- Deliver applications with meticulous attention to detail, achieving 100% accuracy in documentation.
- Facilitate collaboration with internal teams to ensure the efficient processing of applications.
- Comply with HR policies, organizational standards, and the Code of Conduct.
- Uphold compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and TATs as specified in operational protocols.
- Strategically manage individual clawbacks to stay within the organization’s defined financial targets for the year.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of banking and insurance products, specifically RAK Bank and competitive offerings from other financial institutions.
- Sales and service-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify cross-sell opportunities across different business divisions for Bancassurance products.
- Experience in managing and overseeing Point of Sales loans and Business loans.
- Collaboration experience with agencies such as Network International.
