- Work closely with Relationship Managers to provide timely, insightful feedback that aligns with our business objectives.
- Engage in sales activities with the highest level of integrity and professionalism, ensuring transparency in every client interaction.
- Respond swiftly to customer inquiries, guaranteeing solutions are delivered within specified turnaround times (TATs).
- Accurately submit applications and maintain 100% documentation accuracy.
- Facilitate effective collaboration with internal teams for smooth application processing.
- Adhere strictly to HR policies, organizational standards, and the professional Code of Conduct.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and TATs as outlined in operational guidelines.
- Strategically manage clawbacks to remain within the organization's financial targets for the year.
