About the Role
We are on the lookout for a seasoned and proactive Senior Relationship Manager to become a vital member of our Elite Business Banking team. This position is tailored for a high-achieving professional who excels in forging meaningful client relationships, providing bespoke financial solutions, and fostering portfolio expansion. As the trusted adviser to our Elite Business Banking and High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI) clientele, you will ensure their banking journey is smooth, personalized, and focused on delivering exceptional value. This role reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Head of Elite Business Banking Liabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new Elite Business Banking and HNWI clients to cultivate a strong and lucrative portfolio.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding processes that adhere to compliance and regulatory standards.
- Strengthen and manage relationships with existing clients by gaining a deep understanding of their unique financial objectives.
- Provide tailored banking and investment solutions aimed at enhancing portfolio value and client loyalty.
- Develop and implement retention strategies for high-valued clients to ensure sustained engagement.
- Meet or surpass budgeted sales and service targets through effective relationship management.
- Drive revenue growth by focusing on low-cost transactional funds and other income avenues.
- Encourage cross-selling opportunities across the bank's comprehensive range of products and services.
- Ensure compliance during all client interactions per internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Proactively identify and manage risks associated with business banking activities.
- Collaborate with service and back-office teams to fulfill client expectations and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Address SAS and Correspondent Bank queries within established turnaround times.
- Collect market insights to aid in product development and improve customer offerings.
- Continuously seek innovative methods to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
