Role overview
The Senior Recruiting Manager will lead recruiting efforts in New York City, combining team management with hands-on work in high-impact searches. This position partners closely with company leadership to shape hiring strategies, refine recruiting processes, and ensure Arch attracts and retains strong talent across departments.
What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters supporting Engineering, Operations, and Go-To-Market teams.
- Oversee hiring results and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across multiple functions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define open roles, set hiring strategies, and assess candidates.
- Take an active role in high-priority searches, serving as both leader and recruiter.
- Design and implement scalable recruiting systems to support Arch's continued growth.
