U. S. Citizenship is required. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of recruitment and sourcing experience is essential. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience in federal contract recruiting is a plus. Familiarity with both digital and non-digital recruitment strategies. Knowledge of competency-based interviewing techniques. Prior experience as a full-life cycle recruiter is advantageous. Must be adaptable and able to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must possess a self-driven, energetic attitude with meticulous attention to detail. Strong problem-solving capabilities.
