Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter with a minimum of 10 years of comprehensive recruiting experience to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying, evaluating, and securing top talent across various disciplines, including sales, design, development, project management, and strategy roles. You will manage the complete hiring process from intake to offer and collaborate closely with leadership to make strategic hiring decisions that align with our growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee full-cycle recruiting for diverse roles: sourcing, screening, coordinating, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Collaborate with the executive team to establish role profiles, scorecards, and compensation structures.
Utilize LinkedIn, niche job boards, and referrals to source both active and passive candidates.
Assess candidates for cultural fit and specific competencies—ensuring a thorough evaluation process.
Implement structured, efficient hiring processes that keep candidates informed and engaged.
Coordinate with hiring managers to streamline communication throughout the hiring stages.
Maintain organized candidate pipelines, track recruitment progress, and provide regular reports on metrics.
Develop and sustain a robust pool of freelancers and potential full-time hires for future recruitment needs.
Qualifications
10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an agency or technology/digital setting.
Demonstrated success in filling a wide array of roles, including sales, design, development, and project management.
In-depth knowledge of recruiting remote talent globally (U. S., LATAM, India, etc.).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability work environment.
Strong judgment skills to determine when to advance candidates and when to pass.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Tech-savvy with experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Ashby, Lever, or similar).
