You will be pivotal in driving continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with our internal standards, client specifications, and ISO quality systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections at all production stages to verify adherence to technical drawings, build instructions, work packs, and customer specifications.

  • Confirm that finished components meet established quality standards prior to release.

  • Help prepare for and participate in internal, client, and ISO audits (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001).
  • Align QC and Pressure Testing activities with production objectives.
  • Mentor and support the development of QC Technicians through competency matrices.

  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives by actively applying 5S and LEAN principles in all work areas.
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting against defined quality objectives and KPIs.
