We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to establish and elevate product quality standards from the ground up. As a Senior QA Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all developments meet the stringent standards our enterprise clients expect.
Your Responsibilities
You will take ownership of quality across our entire product range as we scale the engineering organization.
Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks for backend (C#/. NET), frontend (TypeScript), and API integrations.
Establish quality standards, release gates, and acceptance criteria that harmonize speed and reliability.
Integrate quality into the development lifecycle through continuous testing in CI/CD, code review standards, and testing best practices.
Develop performance and load testing protocols to ensure our platform can handle enterprise-scale demands seamlessly.
Guide and mentor engineers on testing methodologies, fostering a culture where quality is a collective responsibility.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in QA and test automation within B2B SaaS or enterprise software, with a proven track record of developing frameworks from scratch.
Proficient programming skills in C#, Python, TypeScript, or similar languages—demonstrating hands-on automation expertise.
Familiarity with Playwright or similar end-to-end testing frameworks.
In-depth understanding of testing methodologies including unit, integration, end-to-end, performance, and security testing.
Experience in designing test environments, managing CI/CD pipeline integration, and establishing quality metrics.
A clear commitment to promoting quality across all levels of the engineering team.
