Your Role

We are in search of a QA Lead to oversee quality assurance across our AI agent platform and lead a distributed testing team. You will establish the criteria for what constitutes 'ready to ship', develop comprehensive testing strategies and processes, and ensure quality remains a priority as we scale.

This is a hands-on QA position where you will draft test plans, execute testing, and manage a team of offshore QA testers. Collaborating closely with engineering and product teams, you will gain insights into ongoing projects, pinpoint potential issues, and ensure that no product is released without thorough validation. If you have experience managing QA in a dynamic product environment and excel in maintaining high quality without hindering progress, this role is for you.
