Your Role as a Senior Project Manager...

In this crucial position, you will oversee the management and delivery of projects that meet our high standards for quality, all while adhering to established timelines and budgets. Your primary focus will be on Healthcare Professional (HCP) Marketing initiatives, which include creating brochures, research materials, videos, and organizing conferences and trade shows. You will work collaboratively across teams, coordinating all facets of project execution, including estimates, scopes, timelines, team communication, budgets, and resource allocation. Your leadership will be essential in driving project success and aligning with organizational objectives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams by implementing organized and structured delivery plans.
  • Identify and address project risks and issues, coordinating promptly with team members across various disciplines.
  • Collaborate with Client Services to monitor and manage project scope, proactively escalating risks and concerns for timely mitigation.
  • Organize team resources and assign tasks according to project deliverables.
  • Assist in contingency planning, problem resolution, and recommending solutions to maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Present project parameters and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
  • Provide comprehensive progress reports, financials, and forecasts for assigned projects.
  • Track scope changes and actual hours against project plans, making necessary adjustments to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
