Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:Proven experience in scaling project management teams while understanding team limitations and optimizing resource allocation as the company evolves. Familiarity with cloud technologies, data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing is highly advantageous. Advanced degrees or certifications such as a Master’s, Six Sigma, or Project Management Professional (PMP) are preferred. A strong technical background is preferred but not mandatory. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Relevant experience in technology integrations, drafting business requirements documents, and managing projects across both business and technical teams.4-6 years of experience in technical project management, sales engineering, software development, customer success, partner management, or product management within tech, internet, or data-driven companies.

- Developing and executing operational and technical project plans in collaboration with our executive team.
- Creating partner strategies and development plans that focus on growth opportunities and actionable business forecasts.
- Providing technical support in a sales engineering capacity for partner integrations.
- Overseeing a range of technical projects for partners, managing scope changes, identifying risks, prioritizing needs, and ensuring successful project completion under deadline pressure.
