Position Overview:

The Senior Project Manager will oversee project management operations and lead diverse teams to achieve project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and direct comprehensive plans to meet construction goals.
  • Oversee budgeting, production planning, and staffing for projects.
  • Manage hiring and staffing for the regional office.
  • Organize, plan, and staff both office and field roles.
  • Supervise Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, Administrative Staff, and Field Personnel.
  • Collaborate with the General Superintendent to assign tasks to Superintendents and Field Personnel.
  • Work alongside the General Superintendent to organize and lead departmental activities at all levels.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure projects are on schedule and align with client expectations.
  • Mentor and develop office personnel.
  • Drive business development by identifying bidding opportunities and meeting with stakeholders.
  • Strategize for office sustainability and support growth initiatives.
  • Partner with the VP to maintain departmental standards and procedures.
  • Set and monitor goals related to purchase orders, billing, and profitability.
  • Establish and track budgets for office overhead.
  • Ensure accurate management and cost reporting.
  • Assess and enhance owner satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies in the regional office.
  • Provide final approval for project budgets.
  • Ensure timely billing and payments to clients.
  • Monitor financial transactions with owners and subcontractors.
  • Approve all subcontracts and change orders.
