We are actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to spearhead our expanding Transit practice in Seattle, contributing to significant rail and transit projects in one of the most vibrant transportation markets in the U. S.

Role Overview: This position is primarily focused on project management (80%) with a secondary emphasis on marketing (20%). You will oversee complex technical projects while also enhancing our visibility and influence in the Seattle region.

Lead Complex Transit Initiatives: As the technical authority on diverse rail and transit projects, you will develop transit infrastructure, maintenance facilities, electrical systems, and operational facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications from concept through to construction support.

Ensure Project Excellence: You will manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to achieve outstanding outcomes. This includes guiding the creation of engineering documentation, specifications, cost estimates, and performing quality assurance throughout all project phases.

Foster Collaborative Solutions: Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and external partners, including structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and architectural specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions. You will maintain robust client relationships and engage in field investigations and design coordination meetings.

Support the Complete Project Lifecycle: Provide ongoing engineering services such as RFI responses, contractor submittal reviews, as-built documentation support, and field inspections.

Nurture Future Leaders: Mentor and develop junior engineering staff and project coordinators, creating a culture of technical excellence and professional development.

Expand Our Seattle Footprint: Engage in business development activities, including proposal preparation and client relationship management, to enhance our Transit and Rail practice visibility in the local market.
