Role overview

The Senior Project Manager for Pharmacy Value Programs leads the creation, rollout, and continuous improvement of pharmacy benefit cost-saving initiatives. This position covers all business segments, including Commercial, Exchange, Medicare, and Medicaid. The work involves close coordination with internal teams, external vendors, and pharmacy partners to design and implement strategies such as specialty pharmacy collaborations, benefit design changes, and manufacturer-direct solutions. The goal: reduce drug spending while maintaining or improving the member experience.

What you will do

  • Develop and manage new and existing drug cost containment programs across all lines of business.
  • Oversee detailed implementation plans, operational workflows, and training materials.
  • Ensure program quality and compliance through structured audits and documentation.
  • Work with the Analytics team to produce opportunity assessments and savings reports.
  • Support commercialization of new offerings by contributing to pricing, marketing, and RFI/RFP processes.
