POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Project Manager, Construction will collaborate with design, procurement, construction, and operations teams to ensure the successful and compliant delivery of projects across one or more campuses. This role is pivotal in overseeing project execution, leading the project team, and fulfilling additional responsibilities as needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage actively in preconstruction efforts to align design and scope of work with Stream’s metrics and objectives.
- Lead the project team in procuring qualified contractors and vendors, ensuring the quality of services and products meets Stream Data Centers' standards.
- Manage and uphold Development Agreements between Stream Data Centers and tenants, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant communications, contractual requirements, and project coordination.
- Ensure adherence to the project’s Quality Assurance and Control program.
- Oversee project budget management and the change management process.
- Maintain project schedule adherence.
- Prepare Development Agreement Amendments, Change Orders, and Modifications.
- Verify the accuracy of scope of work and pricing for all contracted vendors in relation to executed agreements.
- Ensure as-builts are current and accurate.
- Review general contractor payment applications to confirm cost accuracy and compliance with commercial terms, assisting the Project Coordinator with tenant invoices and financial draws.
- Facilitate timely submission and requests for information as necessary.
