This role demands exceptional leadership capabilities, an in-depth understanding of the commercial construction landscape, and superior communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct all stages of project management, including the planning, execution, and closure of commercial construction projects.
  • Create and uphold project timelines, budgets, and financial forecasts to guarantee timely project delivery.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams by assigning tasks and managing communication among stakeholders, subcontractors, and consultants.
  • Examine and evaluate project contracts, proposals, and specifications to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, performance, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Resolve conflicts and engage in negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers to uphold project schedules and quality benchmarks.
  • Compile and deliver project performance reports to senior management and clients.
  • Apply best practices and innovative strategies to enhance project delivery and increase client satisfaction.
