About the Role
At Innovaccer, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Project Manager to spearhead operational excellence and accountability within our Customer Success and Delivery teams. This role is ideal for individuals with a robust management consulting background (3–5 years) who excel in structured problem-solving, effective executive communication, and cross-functional collaboration. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our day-to-day business operations.
As part of the Performance Management team, you will collaborate closely with VPs and senior leaders to translate strategies into actionable plans, monitor performance against key objectives, and ensure that all teams meet their commitments. Your ability to bring clarity to ambiguity, provide visibility into outcomes, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement will be essential.
A Day in the Life
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Delivery VPs to manage the operational rhythm of the business, including reviews, planning cycles, and key initiatives.
- Support the Performance Management framework by tracking OKRs, KPIs, and strategic priorities while ensuring consistent reporting and follow-through.
- Drive the execution of cross-functional programs by coordinating deliverables, owners, and timelines across multiple teams.
- Prepare executive-level materials—program updates, dashboards, and leadership presentations—to inform strategic decisions and drive alignment.
- Identify operational gaps, risks, or inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions to enhance the speed and quality of execution.
- Facilitate governance meetings, synthesize outcomes, and ensure responsibilities for actions and risks are clearly assigned and resolved.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership—confidently engaging, influencing, and challenging perspectives as necessary.
- Bring a consulting-level rigor to project structure, communication, and storytelling that enhances team performance and visibility.
What You Need
- 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, strategic operations, or program management, preferably in the healthcare or technology sectors.
- Exceptional communication skills with an executive presence—capable of influencing senior leaders and distilling complex information into concise, actionable insights.
- Analytical, structured, and proactive—excelling at connecting strategy to execution while managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Comfortable navigating fast-paced, evolving environments, balancing strategic vision with tactical execution.
