Your responsibilities will include guiding teams, utilizing emotional intelligence, and acting as a reliable advisor while showcasing advanced project management knowledge.
Primary Responsibilities

As our Senior Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing large-scale, intricate projects that align with strategic organizational goals, managing scope, risk, quality, cost, change management, and timelines.
- Collaborating with project stakeholders to establish effective communication strategies, set objectives, and prioritize tasks.
- Facilitating risk assessment and mitigation sessions, ensuring a proactive approach to risk management that aligns with business priorities.
- Applying a deep understanding of the project management lifecycle and best practices to foster continuous process improvement.
- Managing project budgets ranging from $2 million to over $10 million.
- Estimating, creating, and delivering Change Orders.
- Participating in Steering Committee activities and delivering necessary project-related documentation.
- Communicating project progress, challenges, and threats to both clients and internal Hitachi Solutions stakeholders.
- Engaging in ongoing process improvement initiatives within Hitachi Solutions related to delivery methodologies.
- Providing first-line support to your team on project and professional matters, with the ability to coach and resolve conflicts.
- Leading teams through uncertainty, driving informed decision-making while managing competing priorities.
