As a Senior Programmatic Account Manager, you will report to the Manager of Client Services and play a crucial role in nurturing post-sales client relationships. Your primary focus will be on enhancing user adoption of the StackAdapt platform, managing campaigns, ensuring client retention, and identifying account expansion opportunities. Collaborating closely with Account Executives, Client Service support teams, and cross-functional teams, you will maximize the ROI of our clients' campaigns. Utilize your expertise in RTB/Programmatic media buying to optimize campaigns and devise innovative solutions that guarantee client satisfaction with their campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients across various verticals.
  • Develop tailored campaign strategies utilizing the StackAdapt platform.
  • Ensure the success of client campaigns through consistent reporting, strategic solutions, and optimizations to meet defined KPIs.
  • Set up and manage advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including third-party tag implementation and pixel troubleshooting.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and enhance services through the creation of tools, procedures, and reports aimed at improving efficiency.
  • Regularly analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies and recommend new opportunities.
  • Provide strategic thought leadership, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews, and training sessions.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
