Demonstrated experience in designing and scaling structured interviewing programs, including the delivery of interviewer training, calibration, and certification that significantly enhance quality and consistency. Exceptional program management skills: adept at scoping ambiguous programs, creating project plans, managing stakeholders, and fostering adoption across Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and partners (such as Learning & Development, People Analytics, and Legal) with measurable metrics and executive-ready updates. Proven track record in knowledge management: establishing and maintaining a comprehensive source of truth with governance, audit cycles, and communication strategies that empower self-service and minimize confusion. Operational excellence: capable of diagnosing workflow inefficiencies, designing scalable process enhancements, and implementing streamlined automations that boost speed, quality, and compliance, all backed by data. Experience in empowering recruiters and sourcers through effective training, playbooks, and process fluency to improve intake quality, scorecard utilization, and the consistent execution of structured hiring practices. Ability to drive behavior change at scale, utilizing executive communications, enablement strategies, stakeholder mapping, and reinforcement loops to achieve measurable adoption outcomes. Fluent in ATS/CRM systems and reporting (e.g., Lever, Gem, Sheets, Looker, Workday), with the capacity to translate process needs into system requirements and measure adoption metrics effectively.

About the job

Join Zoox as a Senior Program Manager in Talent Operations where you will take charge of our structured interviewing system. Your role will encompass the entire process from content creation to training, calibration, quality assurance, governance, and overall adoption. You will be instrumental in ensuring we hire exceptional teams dedicated to developing autonomous mobility solutions.
In this pivotal role, you will:
  • Lead and expand Zoox's structured interviewing system, including competencies, rubrics, scorecards, question banks, training, calibration, and governance. Establish standards and toolkits to facilitate consistent and high-quality hiring decisions.
  • Develop and manage interview content at scale, ensuring clarity and repeatability in interview processes across all roles and functions.
  • Oversee the interview quality program: monitor adoption rates, identify issues within interview loops, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition leaders and hiring managers to enhance decision-making quality and candidate experiences.
  • Manage Talent Operations knowledge resources, ensuring a single source of truth (including playbooks, templates, and process documentation) while leading change management initiatives for process and tool updates.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements that enhance consistency, efficiency, and accountability in hiring, enabling Zoox to grow the teams that drive our mission.
