Role Overview:
The Sales Programs team at Samsara is dedicated to empowering a high-performance sales environment by utilizing technology, automation, and top-tier methodologies to enhance operational efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales effectiveness. The Senior Program Manager will spearhead, prioritize, and implement large-scale transformational initiatives across our Sales organization. This role demands a fervent commitment to streamlining project plans, centralizing processes, and optimizing change management. Ideal candidates will demonstrate robust analytical capabilities and an unquenchable thirst for understanding and refining operations.
