Proficiency in developing and implementing training programs with measurable outcomes.

The PitchBook Learning & Development team operates globally, with colleagues in Seattle, New York, and London, addressing all of PitchBook’s learning, leadership development, career advancement, and talent management requirements. This role plays a vital part in the development and learning of PitchBook employees. 

The Senior Program Manager, Employee Development is a strategic, enterprise-focused position responsible for enhancing the capabilities necessary for PitchBook employees to thrive today and adapt for the future. This encompasses spearheading PitchBook’s enterprise AI learning and skills development strategy while managing core employee development programs that reinforce our values, competencies, and a skills-based growth approach. 

In the immediate future, this role will be instrumental in designing and delivering enterprise-wide AI learning and enablement, ensuring employees, managers, and departments possess the confidence, capability, and practical skills to utilize AI responsibly and effectively in their roles.
