The Senior Program Manager plays a crucial role in delivering cutting-edge NICE CXone software features to the market. This position is pivotal in driving, planning, and standardizing software development processes from conception to completion. You will be instrumental in steering organizational success through effective governance, standardization, and efficiency initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Management to convert market requirements and concepts into actionable tasks for Architects, Software Engineers, and Quality Assurance Engineers.
  • Execute the product vision throughout the software development lifecycle to achieve program objectives.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to drive, plan, and implement software goals.
  • Work closely with Product Management to decompose product backlog items into technical specifications.
  • Lead daily team activities to ensure that plans, estimates, documentation, and deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Act as Scrum Master for multiple teams.
  • Identify resource conflicts and facilitate necessary adjustments to meet key project milestones.
  • Provide timely updates on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate Release Management to schedule and communicate software releases for each environment.
  • Provide clear and timely guidance on product and project inquiries.
  • Coordinate with Product Management for product launches and technical documentation.
  • Maintain expertise in the product line and its usability.
  • Create and share visual layouts and proof-of-concepts.
  • Stay informed about competitive landscape and market trends.
  • Share insights on the product from the end-user perspective.
  • Research emerging technologies and capabilities to drive effective product solutions.
  • Engage in continuous process and program enhancements to reduce costs, improve time-to-market, and increase predictability.
  • Occasional travel for client meetings or industry events may be required.
