Qualifications

Requirements5-8 years of relevant experience in financial analysis. Possession of DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Preferred experience in project control at NIWC. Strong analytical skills and financial management expertise. Familiarity with DoD/Navy financial processes and tools, such as CSPT. Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and organizations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ownership and meticulous attention to detail. Capability to translate financial data into actionable insights for leadership. Must be a U. S. citizen. Personnel Clearance Level:Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance or higher. Clearance sponsorship may be available for the right candidate. Education Requirements:Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Finance, Project Management, or a related field.

Sigma Defense Systems is on the lookout for a talented Senior Program Financial Analyst to join our team in supporting the UCA C4I IPT. This key role involves leading financial planning, execution, and oversight related to the MQ-25 C4I integration and sustainment efforts. You will play a pivotal role in providing financial insights that ensure resources are effectively aligned with program priorities, schedules, and acquisition objectives.

Your work will straddle program management, financial execution, and acquisition coordination, delivering precise forecasting, disciplined budget management, and comprehensive reporting across various SYSCOMs and program offices. This position allows for direct involvement in IPT-level decision-making and serves as an excellent pathway for those aspiring toward future Program Management roles.
