We are excited to announce an immediate opening for a highly skilled Senior Program Development Manager (PDM) who possesses a strong technical background and a proven history of driving business growth. This pivotal role will focus on aligning business development and program initiatives with our strategic goals. This in-office position is located in Boulder, Colorado, and reports directly to the Executive Director of Program Development. The PDM will play a crucial role in identifying, tracking, and capturing new business opportunities within designated Strategic Campaigns, as well as leading proposal efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of program opportunities within assigned Strategic Campaigns, contributing to the overall corporate strategy.
  • Guide opportunities through a milestone-based process, culminating in either proposal development or a no-bid decision.
  • Serve as Proposal Manager for assigned proposals, coordinating with technical teams to develop compelling proposal content, including technical solutions, win themes, features, benefits, proof points, and visuals.
  • Establish and manage proposal schedules and budgets, ensuring prompt delivery of all necessary content.
  • Create teaming strategies and formulate teaming agreements and subcontract RFPs.
  • Produce marketing materials that effectively communicate SciTec’s capabilities and solutions to clients and industry partners.
  • Provide updates to corporate and portfolio leadership regarding the status and advancements of the new business pipeline and initiatives.
  • Support pre-award activities, including customer inquiries, BAFO responses, and engagement with teammates.
