Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a functional analyst, product owner, product manager, solutions architect, or lead engineer in the software industry. Strong technical skills and a proven ability to self-learn, with a deep understanding of both functional and technical aspects of complex systems. Experience with technologies such as OIDC, OAuth, X.509, SPIFFE, Kubernetes, Secrets Managers, or Authorization Policy. Track record of successful collaboration with various functions, including R&D managers, architects, and Product Managers. Outstanding English communication and presentation abilities.

We are currently seeking a talented Senior Product Owner to contribute to our mission of providing top-tier products to our customers.

As a Senior Product Owner at CyberArk, you will play a pivotal role within our R&D development team, bridging the gap between market demands and the final product. Your comprehensive business and technical expertise will guide you throughout the development lifecycle—from initial planning to successful product launch. You will collaborate closely with Development, Product Management, User Experience, Technical Writers, Professional Services, Customer Support, and Sales teams to ensure our solutions meet customer needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Product Management to identify and define problems, and collaborate with the Development team to devise effective solutions.
  • Work alongside the User Experience team to craft an outstanding customer experience.
  • Coordinate with the Documentation team to guarantee comprehensive feature documentation.
  • Support Field and Customer Support teams to ensure they are equipped to effectively assist our customers and gather valuable feedback.
  • Lead and mentor engineering team members, fostering an environment of success and growth, while cultivating a positive team culture.
  • Collaborate with other leaders to refine processes, ensuring all requirements are addressed to deliver the best possible product.
