Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, particularly in partnership or channel environments. Strong understanding of product development methodologies and tools. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Role Overview

The Senior Product Manager - Partnerships will lead the development and scaling of Ebury’s fastest-growing channel: Partnerships. This area is commercially strong but currently depends on manual processes, fragmented tools, and custom solutions. The goal is to build a product layer that supports scalable indirect operations for partners, their clients, and the internal teams who work with them.

Collaboration

This position sits at the intersection of product, operations, and commercial teams. Regular collaboration with Partnership Managers, Middle Office teams, and direct interaction with clients and partners is essential.

What You Will Do

Oversee the end-to-end product experience for the indirect channel, focusing on two main areas:

  1. Partner Platform Experience
    • Develop tools for partners to onboard, manage, and grow their client base
    • Provide insights into partner performance, activity, and client behaviors
    • Reduce dependency on manual support
  2. Partner Client Experience (White-label / IB clients)
    • Shape the experience for partner clients using Ebury products
    • Ensure a seamless, credible, and scalable journey for different partner types
    • Balance configurability with consistency across the platform
