Role Overview

Ebury is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the Financial Crime Intelligence Product domain, focusing on KYC (Know Your Customer) and KYB (Know Your Business) processes. This position is based in Madrid with a hybrid schedule: four days in the office and one day remote each week.

As Ebury grows into new regions and product lines, strong KYC and KYB capabilities are critical for supporting expansion and meeting regulatory standards. The Senior Product Manager will oversee the full KYC/KYB lifecycle for a diverse client base, including individuals, SMEs, and complex corporate structures. This role reports directly to the Head of Financial Crime Intelligence Product.

What You Will Do

Product Ownership

  • Balance customer experience, business growth, and risk management throughout client onboarding and ongoing lifecycle.
  • Define the KYC/KYB strategy to align with Financial Crime Intelligence Product goals and Ebury’s broader vision.
  • Translate strategy into a practical, actionable roadmap for KYC and KYB initiatives.
  • Manage onboarding and regulatory requirements specific to each jurisdiction.
  • Design and implement improvements in customer journeys, verification steps, risk rating frameworks, ongoing due diligence, periodic reviews, and event-driven risk reassessments.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with operational and compliance teams to ensure controls are effective, explainable, and ready for audits.
  • Partner with operations teams to enhance case management, review workflows, and supporting tools.

Location and Schedule

This role is based in the Ebury Madrid office on a hybrid basis: four days in the office and one day remote each week.

Reporting Line

This position reports to the Head of Financial Crime Intelligence Product.
