ABOUT THE ROLE

In the role of Senior Product Manager, Data, you will play a crucial leadership role at the nexus of data and various departments. Your primary objective will be to architect and scale internal data platforms and tools that facilitate informed decision-making and product advancement across Current.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing the internal data science and analytics tooling roadmap, with an emphasis on boosting adoption and utilization across diverse cross-functional teams. This position entails spearheading the strategic development of a scalable enterprise data warehouse and analytics framework to guarantee efficient and reliable data access throughout the organization. You will work closely with data analysts, data scientists, analytics engineers, finance leaders, product managers, and other business stakeholders to produce high-impact data products that drive smarter decision-making and enhance business results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the data product roadmap for internal data platforms, including the data warehouse, analytics tools, reporting, and machine learning infrastructure.
  • Deliver innovative and scalable solutions by aligning complex data systems with internal business requirements.
  • Collaborate with data analysts, analytics engineers, and business stakeholders to establish priorities for the enterprise data warehouse and data marts.
  • Manage cross-functional relationships, effectively communicating product vision and aligning objectives.
  • Understand business requirements across Product, Finance, Credit, Risk, and Marketing to deliver impactful data products.
  • Drive the creation of data tools, frameworks, and processes that yield actionable insights and provide business value.
  • Promote the adoption of analytics tools and frameworks across the organization.
  • Prioritize data discovery to ensure essential datasets, reports, and models are developed first.
  • Partner with Finance to create a trusted financial data mart for unit economics and forecasting.
  • Define strategy for machine learning initiatives; oversee scoping, delivery, and monitoring.
