Qualifications

Qualifications:5+ years of experience in product management or related fields, particularly with enterprise or SaaS products. Educational background in computer science or a related engineering discipline. Proven ability to collaborate with senior technical leaders from Engineering while navigating complex technical concepts. Demonstrated success in delivering products alongside cross-functional teams typical of enterprise software environments (field engineering, sales, marketing, partnerships, etc.). Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions, including product usage analysis. Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex topics clearly to diverse stakeholders (engineers, customers, etc.) in both written and verbal formats. A background in Data Engineering is advantageous but not strictly required.

We are redefining Data Engineering with Lakeflow—a cohesive product that simplifies data ingestion, declarative data transformation, and real-time streaming capabilities. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the product management of a key Lakeflow area, taking charge of all facets of product management, including vision, strategy, roadmap, execution, and go-to-market initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with various product teams within Databricks to enhance Data Engineering across our suite of products, including data science, data warehousing, business intelligence, and machine learning offerings.
