The Position
We are seeking Product Managers at various seniority levels (Senior, Lead, Principal, Group) to spearhead significant projects within Neo. This role involves developing new product offerings and enhancing existing internal platforms. If you’re an innovative product thinker who excels in a rapid-paced environment and strives to make a lasting impact, we will tailor a challenge suited for you. This position goes beyond simple roadmap management; it encompasses identifying what we need to build, understanding its significance, and transforming ideas into reality.
You will collaborate closely with a dedicated team of designers and engineers to address real-world challenges faced by millions of Canadians. This may involve shaping long-term strategies, prototyping, conducting experiments, analyzing data, or communicating directly with customers. We expect you to think expansively, focus on the details, and guide your team effectively.
As Neo continues to grow, this position will evolve. You may find yourself developing new products from the ground up, enhancing existing ones, and adapting to new priorities as necessary. If you are excited about owning a significant portion of a product, navigating uncertainties, and making a meaningful impact, you will thrive in this environment.
