Role Overview
We are in search of a seasoned Senior Product Manager to steer our product strategy and execution. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define product direction, prioritize initiatives, and ensure exceptional execution throughout the product lifecycle. You will bridge the company’s vision with tangible product outcomes, skillfully navigating complex decisions and making thoughtful trade-offs.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strong product insight, analytical prowess, strategic vision, and a collaborative spirit. We seek a product leader with a high sense of ownership, who can instill structure and rigor in our product development processes, elevating product management practices across the organization.
Core Responsibilities
Shaping the Product Strategy
- Own and refine key segments of our product roadmap.
- Translate company objectives and customer needs into actionable product priorities.
- Make informed prioritization decisions amidst competing opportunities.
- Proactively seek avenues to enhance and expand our product offerings.
Data-Driven Product Development
- Define and enhance the product metrics framework.
- Utilize our analytics stack (such as Metabase) to drive product decisions.
- Build and manage a data-informed backlog grounded in insights and performance metrics.
- Design and conduct structured experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize outcomes.
- Continuously measure impact and iterate based on data insights.
AI-Enabled Product Development
- Leverage AI tools to enhance workflows, boost productivity, and inform decision-making.
- Identify and integrate AI opportunities into product development and user experience.
