In the role of Senior Product Manager at Array, you will play a crucial part in shaping the foundation of our products. Collaborating closely with leadership, you will define both internal and external product strategies, focusing on technical approaches to ensure our offerings remain competitive and adaptable. Your expertise will be vital in optimizing consumer front-end conversion rates, as you partner with product managers, engineers, and operations teams to develop products that delight both internal and external users.
Selected candidates will engage in a 180-day evaluation period, typically structured as a 1099 contract, with the potential for full-time employment. During this timeframe, you will tackle complex challenges, leveraging AI tools for enhanced efficiency, while collaborating with the CEO and senior leadership. At the end of this period, we will assess your fit for full-time employment, contract extension, or conclude the engagement.
