Your Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to enhance our lending experience design. In this role, you will define the customer journey from the initial touchpoint to sustained engagement. You will work closely with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders to launch solutions that address real challenges faced by Canadians. You will influence strategy, refine the details, and help us innovate in the financial services sector.
As Neo continues to expand, this role will adapt alongside our growth. You will contribute to developing new products, enhancing existing offerings, and elevating our design practices throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Create comprehensive product experiences for both web and mobile platforms, balancing usability, aesthetics, and performance.
Collaborate with PMs and engineers from problem definition through execution to ensure effective solutions are delivered.
Lead discovery initiatives: chart journeys, define workflows, prototype ideas, and validate concepts through user research.
Develop systems that go beyond mere screens; consider long-term scalability, edge cases, and user-centric design.
