About the Role
Join our dynamic Fintech team as a Senior Product Designer, where you'll have the unique opportunity to expand our highly successful financial products across new sales channels. This role is pivotal in driving innovation as you create new solutions that address various customer challenges.
As part of our design team, you'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to craft elegant, user-centered designs that tackle real-world problems. We seek an individual who excels in uncertainty, can adapt swiftly without compromising quality, and manages multiple priorities while prioritizing customer experience.
Your Daily Responsibilities
Lead the design of comprehensive web experiences, overseeing the entire process from initial concept to final launch.
Conduct customer interviews and usability testing, utilizing qualitative insights and quantitative data—monitoring customer behavior, analyzing metrics, and performing experiments—to validate and refine your designs.
Work together with product, engineering, and business partners to identify challenges, brainstorm solutions, and deliver features.
Design straightforward, intuitive experiences that transform complex workflows into seamless processes.
Align customer needs with business objectives and technical specifications.
Make informed trade-offs between speed, learning, and competing priorities.
Facilitate design reviews with external partners, advocating effectively for your design decisions.
What We're Looking For
A minimum of 3 years' experience in designing modern digital products, with a strong portfolio that showcases comprehensive web design processes.
Demonstrated success in developing 0-to-1 experiences from ideation through to launch.
Ability to collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams in agile environments, articulating design rationale and assessing technical feasibility to streamline solutions.
Strong analytical skills, making data-driven decisions based on research, testing, and metrics—capable of prioritizing and making trade-offs without waiting for absolute clarity.
A passion for being part of a founding team—resourceful, enthusiastic about solving customer issues, with a willingness to learn from mistakes and pivot when necessary.
Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools such as Figma Make, etc.
