A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in fields such as HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related areas. Comfortable engaging with strategic clients in influential decision-making roles. Proven track record of launching exceptional digital products, with an understanding that a designer's role encompasses the entire process from concept to general availability. Demonstrated ability to lead complex design projects while addressing the diverse needs of stakeholders. Ability to execute visually compelling and interactive designs grounded in a research-driven UX approach. A systemic thinker capable of conceptualizing the bigger picture while having the tactical skills to break it down into actionable engineering steps. A unique amalgamation of technical knowledge and visual design prowess, allowing for the creation of powerful and intuitive user experiences.
